QuoteIQ Review 2026: Is It Worth It for Service Businesses?

QuoteIQ looks like quoting software.

After testing it ourselves, we found something broader.

We ran a €250 cleaning job through QuoteIQ from estimate to customer approval, scheduling, job management, cost tracking and invoicing.

The core workflow worked well. Customer information stayed connected as the job moved through the system, internal labor and material costs remained separate from the customer invoice, and QuoteIQ automatically carried the correct service and price into the final invoice.

We also found a real interface bug during testing: some cost-entry screens displayed a dollar sign even though our test account was using euros. The underlying calculations and final report were still correct.

Our take: QuoteIQ is worth considering for solo operators and small service businesses that want estimates, scheduling, jobs and invoicing in one connected system without immediately moving into a heavier field-service platform.

Bottom line

QuoteIQ passed the most important part of our test:

Estimate → Approval → Schedule → Job → Invoice

It also went further than we expected with job-level cost and profitability tracking.

For a smaller service business that wants to replace a disconnected mix of quoting, calendar and invoicing tools, it is worth putting through the free trial.

Plans start at $29.99/month. A payment card is required to begin the trial.
